Sally Gissing: As International Coordinator at Seeds of Hope, Huaraz I have several primary responsibilities including: recruiting, managing and supporting our international volunteers; project management; fundraising; event management; social media marketing and drawing on my education experience to assist staff/volunteers maximize the academic and social success of our students. I strongly believe in the value of the arts in fulfilling these responsibilities and at every opportunity I incorporate my passion for video production, performing arts and community art projects to enrich our recruitment, fundraising, marketing and education initiatives.
